ARA partnered with leaders in the industry to create an industry-recognized certification program for lenders, our members and their employees. The program allows participants to become a Certified Asset Recovery Specialist (CARS) by attending a full day of classes covering industry topics such as business ethics, data security, and skip tracing. The lenders curriculum will utilize the Collection Training Consultants program as taught by nationally recognized trainer, Steve Peterson. There will also be a class on data security, skip tracing and an intro to online collateral remarketing. All classes are held from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a networking luncheon with members and lenders included.
