When assigning an account using the ARA directory or website, please confirm and verify the charges for any particular account. Keep in mind when assigning an account, there may be more then one available choice. We would recommend contacting all of the agencies listed under the city of interest to you. Verify all costs, location and a description of their business enterprise. It is important you have a complete understanding of the total costs to handle your assignment. Total costs could mean, repossession fee, mileage, insurance, keys, drivers, wreckers, close outs, etc. Flat fees may also be quoted. Make sure you understand what all is/is not covered under flat fees.
