Sign up to participate in phase two of the industry scorecard!
The industry scorecard is an important and innovative tool for the recovery and lending industries. It is an effective way to identify and measure your company’s best-demonstrated practices and how you compare to other companies. Having an industry scorecard gives your company a unique, competitive edge. Your participation is crucial to help raise the standards of the recovery industry.
Large forwarding companies that had access to data sets used to convince clients it could save them money on their initial costs took our business away. They did not demonstrate clearly the negative impact these savings would have on the client’s bottom line. It is up to us to let clients know. Independent agency owners proclaim their superior performance versus the forwarding model; we suggest that now is the time to prove it with the industry scorecard.
Many of you have been part of a program during the last 19 months that has clearly demonstrated there are options to the forwarding model – one that offers higher recovery rates and reasonable cost to clients. You have been paid the highest fees in the industry and have rewarded the participating lenders with significant returns.
If we are going to reclaim our position as the superior choice for a client for their recovery needs, we have to build the industry’s first truly independently maintained set of analytics.
Participating is easy. Click here to download the form corresponding to your company’s software provider. Once you have completely filled out the form and signed it, please fax it to the ARA Home Office at 972.870.5755. The deadline to participate is March 15, 2011.
Participation in the program is only $200 for non-members and $100 for ARA members. As a membership benefit, ARA offset the cost for its members.
