The convention will be held at the Embassy Suites Hotel Phoenix Scottsdale, and is the absolute perfect place to play a round of golf. AFTER THE CONVENTION: NFA MEETING
The NFA COOP will hold their annual business meeting on Saturday, September 21, 2013, immediately following the breakfast and awards finale at the convention. We will discuss the future of our industry and the direction we are headed. All ARA members are invited to attend.
This is also the last possible date to join the NFA COOP, so if you are interested in becoming an NFA member, you must bring a check with you to the meeting to be eligible for the matching funds.

Exhibiting at the convention will give you the opportunity to promote your business and brand to recovery and remarketing and lending professionals.
Exhibitors – Fee: $950
As an exhibitor, your company will receive:
· 6-ft table in the exhibitor room
· Contact information and product description on the printed agenda
· Acknowledgement and recognition during welcome and farewell addresses
· Product or marketing material in attendee gift bag (items provided by exhibitor)
· Up to two people per booth
Exhibitor Set Up/Breakdown
The exhibitor room opens at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 19 in Painted Mountain Ball Room A & B. All exhibitors must be set up by 12:30 p.m. The first session begins at 1:00 p.m.
To maximize networking opportunities for our vendors, attendees must walk through the exhibitor hall to gain entrance to the general session. Beverage service, breakfast, lunch and breaks are served in the exhibitor hall.
Many vendors have told us that a great added value of being an exhibitor at the annual ARA Convention is having the opportunity to introduce themselves to our members at the beginning of general session each day.
A special note for truck companies: You may conveniently display your trucks outside the vendor room, which are in view of all attendees throughout the day as they flow by the floor-to-ceiling windows, to gain entrance to the exhibitor hall & general session. Glass doors provide easy access to truck display.
The exhibitor room closes on Friday, September 20 at 5:00 p.m. Join us for dinner, dancing and more networking at the Welcome Reception immediately following from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m at Stonecreek Golf Club located on site.
