ARA and MBSi Partner to Bring Freedom of Choice to the Recovery Industry

ARA’s Compliance System is now accepted through MBSi’s RecoveryConnect platform

DALLAS, TX (January 13, 2025) – American Recovery Association (ARA), the world’s largest association of recovery and remarketing professionals, and MBSi, a premier provider of repossession assignment management software, today announce a new partnership providing MBSi users the ability to accept ARA’s Compliance System within its RecoveryConnect platform, giving the recovery industry freedom of choice for education and CCRS certifications.

“ARA is committed to reducing costs and the unnecessary burden of duplication of work and services forced upon the recovery industry,” said Vaughn Clemmons, ARA President. “This partnership helps eliminate duplicity within our industry and saves our members time and money that they can use to continue to grow their businesses. It also serves as an additional revenue stream for the association to support our members with added-value services and benefits. It’s a win for everyone.”

Since 2018, the American Recovery Association (ARA) has been a trusted provider of commercial compliance vetting and monitoring services on a national scale. Leveraging its robust infrastructure, ARA ensures repossession companies across the country meet the highest standards of licensing, insurance, and operational compliance, delivering peace of mind to lenders, forwarders, and industry stakeholders nationwide.

ARA’s partnership with MBSi opens MBSi’s RecoveryConnect platform for its approved lenders to accept more than just one compliance vetting and monitoring service, giving options to all stakeholders relative to time, costs, and expenses.

“MBSi is thrilled to expand our offerings by providing access to ARA products and services,” said Ray Peloso, president of MBSi. “We have never restricted who can access our system and now this partnership makes it clear that there is freedom of choice within the industry.”
