We are proud to announce that Max Pineiro, ARA member and representative of Elite Collateral Recovery, has been appointed to the Private Investigation, Recovery, and Security Advisory Council by Commissioner Wilton Simpson.
Commissioner Simpson expressed his appreciation for Max’s participation and emphasized the value of the council’s work. He is confident that Max’s extensive knowledge and experience will be a tremendous asset to the board’s deliberations.
Max has long been a dedicated voice for the recovery agent community in Florida, and this appointment reflects his ongoing commitment to the industry. His leadership continues to ensure that the concerns and perspectives of agents are represented at the highest levels.
