The California Credit Union Collectors Council, known as CCUCC, is an organization dedicated to the education and growth of today’s Credit Union Collector. This unique group was founded in 1978 to meet the ever changing and demanding needs of the professional collector who has risen to a level of increasing importance, visibility, and appreciation within the Credit Union movement. Their 29th annual education conference is taking place in Reno, Nevada from October 20 - 22, 2016.

The 100th Annual American Financial Services Association (AFSA) Meeting will be taking place in Palm Beach, Florida from October 24 - 26, 2016. This conference brings together the industries top leaders, innovators, experts and change makers. Receive critical updates on the political, compliance and regulatory challenges, and business trends, as you enjoy a unique networking opportunity. The AFSA Board of Directors and many of the association's Committees of Professional Interest and Advisory Boards will convene in conjunction with the conference.  

The California Association of Licensed Repossessors (CALR) is composed of men and women who are dedicated to improving the Collateral Recovery Industry. Their purpose is to strengthen understanding between licensees, law enforcement, financial institutions, regulatory agencies and the consumer. They provide their members with continuing education in the fields of public relations, business principles and professionalism in the Collateral Recovery Industry. Their 54th annual convention is taking place from October 27 - 29, 2016 in Buena Park, CA.
